By accessing or using iLoveToolkit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You own your files. Uploading a file to iLoveToolkit does not transfer ownership of that file to us. You retain all rights to your content.

Licence to process. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that file solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when the file is deleted.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process each file. You must not upload files that:

Auto-deletion. Files are automatically deleted after the session window (2 hours for free accounts, 24 hours for Pro). We cannot recover deleted files.

The iLoveToolkit name, logo, website design, code, and all other original content are owned by iLoveToolkit and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Free plan. The free tier is provided at no cost and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Pro & Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Free trial. Where offered, a free trial period begins on the date you subscribe. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

Refunds. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices, via email or an in-app notification.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iLoveToolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have not made any payments.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iLoveToolkit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
